The town also hosts several museums: the Alimentarium Museum, Jenisch Museum, Swiss Camera Museum, Vevey Historical Museum. The Swiss Museum of Games is on the lakeside in the neighbouring village of La Tour-de-Peilz. Leman Lake is very tempting for boat cruises, swimming and water sports. Numerous possibilities for excursions by train and coach, like the excursion to the Steam Railway Museum in Blonay-Chamby whereas an antique train will take you on a spectacular steep ride of 3 km between the stations of Blonay and Chamby.
